Regine Malibiran is a writer, cultural producer, and independent curator whose work tells radical truths in pursuit of decolonial solidarity. Raised by a multi-generational village, Regine was born in Manila, Philippines and is currently based in New York City. Through contemporary art exhibitions, narrative strategy, and cultural organizing, Regine seeks to advance the work and careers of traditionally under resourced creatives—especially those whose art purposefully presents counternarratives against axes of oppression.

Inspired by minds like Toni Morrison and the revolutionary role of artists and thinkers in the Philippines, Malibiran’s curatorial practice is rooted in a literary understanding of art that emphasizes cohesion between the creator’s thematic intention and how their body of work executes it. She produces exhibitions as a platform for untold stories and leverages their context to activate community to meaningful action through strategic, culturally responsive programming.

Regine founded forth space productions to present a vision of success through solidarity. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in English and Public Relations. Regine also loves cats, astrology, and the em dash.
